Description: After losing his mother, a female diver from his hometown of Samdalri, at a young age, Jo Yong Pil resolves to become a weather forecaster and protect his community from further misfortune. His dedication and refusal to accept misinformation leads him to earn a reputation at his job as a stubborn troublemaker. Jo Sam Dal, who grew up alongside Yong Pil, takes a different approach and works hard to get out of their small town and move to Seoul. Working her way up to becoming a successful fashion photographer, she takes on a new name, Jo Eun Hye. However, when everything she’s worked for is destroyed in an instant, she returns to Samdalri, where people still know her as Sam Dal. After a disagreement drove them apart years before, Yong Pil and Sam Dal reconnect and find a renewed affection for one another.
